What an absolutely terrible series of events. The failures of organisations to spot clear warning signs in these sort of cases is inexplicable. The terror and pain that poor little boy must have gone through is unimaginable. I hope those two rot in hell - pure evil is a correct description. It takes a lot to make me feel physically sick when reading something but that was just awful.
I feel physically sick reading this. Another child "in care" dead. Another "enquiry". More muttering of "lessons have been learned". It's not good enough. How many children have to die before the government realises that social services are, at best, understaffed and at worst totally inept?
If lessons had been n learned, we wouldn't be back here again. We're back here because we've become desensitised to the plight of children. Gaza, the White House, Trump, Netanyahu. It's there every single day but it's being IGNORED by our MSM and TV! Why is that? How is that possible? Why aren't investigative journalists asking the RIGHT questions?
