The events are shocking and the response from the govt hugely disappointing to say the least. Compared to arresting pensioners for protesting against genocide, the police response has also been underwhelming. Wearing masks at a so called protest should be banned. Armies of thugs arriving in trucks is not something that should be tolerated.
Maybe if the government listened to the public dissatisfaction with all these undocumented males pouring into the country, and the police did the policing for the British people, then there would be no need for pissed off people to take to the streets
Oh dear. The number of migrants "pouring" into the country has shrunk markedly since 2024, and it's not something where you can turn the tap off overnight. Nice neutral word, "pouring", isn't it ?
As far as "undocumented" goes, you seem to be implying there should be an official with a clipboard standing on the beach taking down the names of everyone as they board the dinghies despite that boarding taking place in many different sectors. Think about it.
Once in the UK those migrants are now being documented quickly (much more so than under the previous government's chaotic farce). Except, of course, that your masked thugs were avowedly trying to stop the Portsmouth migrants from being taken to where they could be documented. (And yes, it's known who some of them were despite the balaclavas, not least their leader who has a nice little (criminal) record of violence to make you feel comfortable in his presence.)
