Hill walking and wild swimming are too often seen as the preserve of white people. But a new generation is challenging these prejudices that stop diverse communities enjoying the great outdoors.

Sidra, a 20-year-old apprentice from Coventry, is a member of the walking group  Muslim Hikers.
